Method Of Preparation
- Take 1 cup of Eco Jivan Millet Kesari Bath.
- Add 1 cup of water.
- Boil water and add 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee and add Eco Jivan Millet Kesari Bath.
- Pressure cook for 4 whistles.
- Serve hot.
Bisi Bele Bath
- Take 1 measure of Eco Jivan’s Foxtail millet Bisi bele bath and 3 measure water.
- Boil the water and add 1 spoon of oil or ghee.
- Pour the Bisi bele bath mix and pressure cook on a medium flame for 5 whistles.
- Remove from the heat, stir it well and serve with raita.
Tip: Add vegetables and salt according to your taste during cooking.

- Add 1 cup of water and 3 cups of milk.
- Boil water and add 1 tablespoon of ghee and add Eco Jivan Instant Millet Kheer Mix.
- Pressure cook for 5-6 whistles.
- Serve hot.
