Millet Choco Chip Brownies with Peanut Butter Mousse

Ingredients for millet brownies

1. Millet powder 1cup
2. Jaggery powder 1/2 cup
3. Milk 3/4 cup Millet Choco Chip Brownies with Peanut Butter Mousse
4. Baking powder 1 tea spoon
5. Choco-chips / walnuts as required
7. Oil 1/2 cup
8. Salt pinch
9. Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
10. 1/4 cup brown sugar
11. Vanilla essence 1 tea spoon
12. 1/2 cup hung curd / thick butter milk

Ingredients for peanut butter mousse

1. 1/2 cup peanut butter
2. 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
3. 2 egg whites
4. 1/4 cup of sugar icing
5. 1 tea spoon rum
6. 1/4 cup single cream
7. 2-3 drop of lemon juice

Method Of Preparation


For millet brownies

1. Swift all the dry ingredients from little height for 3 times
2. Mix jaggery powder, brown sugar and warm milk
3. Add oil and vanilla essence
4. Preheat oven
5. Just cut and fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients
6. Take a baking tray and put parchment paper
7. Pour the prepared batter and tap to release air bubbles
8. Put some nuts or chocochips on top if desired
9. Bake for 25 mins at 160
10. Once cool completely slice

For peanut butter mousse

1. Beat peanut butter until smooth
2. Add whipped cream cheese. Whisk for a couple of mins
3. Add in 2 egg whites
4. To this mix in sugar, rum and constantly whip until smooth
5. Add in single cream and lemon juice
6. Steam in a dish in a trough of water in the oven for 15 mins
7. Chill until set

To serve

1. Serve after layering with peanut butter mousse and millet brownies
2. Sprinkle coco powder or coffee
