Millet Bhanole: 1 Tbsp Ragi Floor, 1 Tbsp Rajgeera Flour, 1 Tbsp Jowar Flour, 1 Tbsp Bajara Flour, 1 Tbsp Sama Rice Flour, 1 Tbsp Samolina (fine), 1 Banana, ½ cup Milk, 1 Tbsp Ghee, 1 Tbsp Jaggery, 1Tsp cardamom and nutmeg powder, few chopped dry fruits for garnishing.
Sweet Corn Rabadi: 1 cup boiled sweet corn, ½ cup milk, 1 Tbsp honey, 2 Tsp sugar, 1Tsp cardamom and nutmeg powder, 1 Tbsp Saffron milk, few chopped dry fruits for garnishing.
Method Of Preparation
Millet Bhanole: In a mixi jar put all millet flours, add semolina, add banana slices, add jaggery, add milk and blend it into a fine batter. Pour this batter into a bowl and add cardamom, nutmeg power. Mix it well and rest it for 10 to 15 mins. Now heat a dosa pan on medium flame, grease it with ghee, spread bhanole batter into pan, cook it from both the sides until it becomes golden brown. Keep it in a dish.
Sweet corn Rabadi: In a mixi jar put boiled sweet corn and milk, blend it into a smooth paste. Sieve this paste into a pan for boiling. Add suger in it. Stir occasionally. Once the rabadi is thick add saffron milk and cardamom, nutmeg powder into it turn off the flame add honey and mix it. Let the Rabadi cool completely.
Plating: Serve hot bhanole in a plate spread honey on it and garnish it with chopped dry fruits. Serve cool Rabadi in a bowl and garnish it with chopped dry fruits.
